The crew planner is a drafting tool. You bring a number of humans. It returns a job list. Use it in Discord while Roblox loads. Then lock the names so the first emergency is not a debate. Pair it with the pre-flight checklist and you have the entire ground meta.

Solo

You are Pilot, cabin, and engineer. That is not a joke build. It is a constraint. Fly calmer than you want to. Do a full ground pass. After rotation, you only stand for S-tier warnings from the emergency list. Comfort requests wait until the aircraft is boring. Read how to play so you know which jobs you are stacking.

Duo

• Player A: Pilot
• Player B: Sweeper (cabin + engineer + leftover bags)

Do not both sit up front. The sweeper lives in the aisle with a mental map of the terminal. Swap the yoke between completed routes if you must, never mid-climb. This is the smallest group that feels like the trailer.

Trio

• Pilot
• Cabin
• Engineer

This is the cleanest competitive line. Ground chores split any way you like as long as they finish. In the air, nobody is a tourist. If one player is new, they get cabin, not the seat.

Four-stack

• Pilot
• Cabin
• Engineer
• Floater

The floater owns luggage overflow, second requests, and the backup repair if engineer is already in a bay. They are B-tier on the role tier list and they save more routes than a second Pilot. Name them. Do not let them “just vibe.”

Five to eight friends

Keep the four jobs. Extra bodies become second cabin on the opposite circuit or cargo-only. They do not hover the cockpit. They do not steal the wrench from a player who already called it. The friends guide is required reading at this size because voice gets sloppy.

Public lobby (up to twenty)

You cannot plan twenty names. You can still type “I have cabin” or “I have engines.” If two people claim Pilot, the one already seated stays unless they are AFK. Overflow players should pick a circuit and stay out of the bay. If the server is a meme, treat it as entertainment and do not expect a complete. Find a quieter instance when you care about unlocks.

Draft rules that prevent fights

• Best throttle control gets Pilot, not the loudest mic.
• New players get cabin or floater.
• The person who hates walking does not get engineer.
• Rotate the seat after a complete, not after a joke crash.
• If someone wants to film, they are floater or they wait.

After you lock names

Run the checklist. Then play the emergencies loop with those names. “Engineer, this is you” only works if engineer exists. That is the entire point of a planner.

If your group outgrows this page, congratulations: you have a regular crew. Keep the same names for a week so muscle memory sticks. Then break the rule on purpose for training nights.

Training nights versus unlock nights

Say the goal before anyone loads in. Unlock night means the calmest Pilot, the same names as last session, and no seat swaps mid-route. Training night means a new cabin player, a quieter airframe, and permission to fail one complete. Mixing those goals is how a four-stack turns into a debate about who “should have” stood up. Plan the humans. The aircraft will bring its own chaos.
